Every training journey begins with an in-depth assessment of your fitness level and a discussion about your personal goals. From there, we create a customised plan designed around your abilities and objectives. During each session, our trainers coach you through proper form, technique, and progression to help you train safely and effectively while staying challenged. We also offer sports massage to complement your training and aid in recovery.

At Brownes Boot Camp, we make fitness work around you with flexible mobile personal training options designed to suit your schedule and goals. Whether you train at home, outdoors, or at our facility, we bring the expertise, equipment, and motivation you need for effective, personalised results.

Prices:

Individual PT Session Packages

  • From £60.00 per hour for outdoor/home training

  • From £45.00 for 30 minutes of outdoor/home training

  • Block of 10 sessions for £550.00 (must be used within 2 months of booking)

 

Couples PT Session Packages

  • £85.00 per couple for one session per week

  • £80.00 per couple for two sessions per week

  • Block of 10 sessions for £800.00 per couple (must be used within 2 months of booking)
