Brownes Boot Camp offers a one-to-one personal training service – meaning you and the instructor work together to achieve your fitness goals. The instructor will encourage and help keep you motivated to get fit and help you be your best self! You will be provided with a specialist service, which includes nutrition plans, specially designed exercises depending on your fitness level and goals, and training plans that are tailored to you. All instructors are fully qualified and are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. With personal training there isn’t a one-size-fits-all policy: it’s all about you!
Brownes Boot Camp Personal Training can visit you in your home or at the gym – with the special Fitness Vans we’ll have absolutely everything you need. If you’re looking for a little bit of extra motivation, we also offer group sessions.
